How does the bed arrive?
Our products are made-to-order and arrive in about 4-5 weeks after the order has been placed (3-4 weeks for production and an estimated 1 week for transit). See 'Estimated delivery' for estimated dates. Once the order has shipped and arrives in your city, the shipping carrier (delivery company) will call you on the number provided under "Shipping Address" to schedule a time for delivery. Our products arrive flat-packed
on a pallet due to their large nature. Depending on the options selected during checkout, your bed will arrive in one of the following ways:
Standard/Free Delivery:
The shipping carrier will arrive with a lift-gate and pallet jack to deliver the product to a safe location out of the public right of way, such as a driveway or parking area. The pallet jack cannot navigate stairs, elevators or steep inclines.
The driver will not unpack the shipment or bring it into the residence. After the product has been delivered, it is the customer's responsibility to open the pallet and carry the individual pieces into the residence and to the area where
the bed will be assembled.
Garage/Carport Delivery:
The shipping carrier will schedule an appointment for delivery and arrive with a lift-gate and pallet jack to deliver the product into the customers garage or carport. The pallet jack cannot navigate stairs, elevators or steep inclines. The
driver will not unpack the shipment or bring it into the residence. After the product has been delivered, it is the customer's responsibility to open the pallet and carry the individual pieces into the residence and to the area where the
bed will be assembled.
In-Home Delivery:
The shipping carrier will schedule an appointment for delivery. The driver will unpack the shipment or bring it into the building/residence, but only through the first dry threshold, such as a residential entry or an apartment lobby. After
the product has been delivered, it is the customer's responsibility to carry the individual pieces to the area where the bed will be assembled. It is also the customer's responsibility to dispose of the pallet and other packing materials.
