Baseboards, also known as "skirting" or "base molding" is wooden trim at the bottom of walls that covers the gap between wall and floor. Since our beds must attach flat against walls, we provide a 4" high x 3/4" deep baseboard notch which will accommodate most baseboard situations at no extra cost. If the standard notch (4" high x 3/4" deep) will accommodate your baseboards, select the first option in the drop-down list and there will be no extra charge. Only select "No Notch" if you have no baseboard or plan to remove your baseboard.
Love our Murphy Bed
The final product was WAY better than we ever could have imagined. We love our Murphy and are so happy we went with Breda over some of the other options that were so much more expensive and didn't seem to really offer anything more. We got the installation as well which we were very happy with! 10/10 would recommend. Also, customer service was so helpful in selecting the right bed for us!
