Baseboards, also known as "skirting" or "base molding" is wooden trim at the bottom of walls that covers the gap between wall and floor. Since our beds must attach flat against walls, we provide a 4" high x 3/4" deep baseboard notch which will accommodate most baseboard situations at no extra cost. If the standard notch (4" high x 3/4" deep) will accommodate your baseboards, select the first option in the drop-down list and there will be no extra charge. Only select "No Notch" if you have no baseboard or plan to remove your baseboard.
Exactly as expected
This kit took a while to put together, but the kit was really thorough and pretty easy to follow along. It definitely requires at least two people. We are really happy with this product. It's exactly what we wanted at a great price point.
