Low-clearance height adjustment
Baseboards, also known as "skirting" or "base molding" is wooden trim at the bottom of walls that covers the gap between wall and floor. Since our beds must attach flat against walls, we provide a 4" high x 3/4" deep baseboard notch which will accommodate most baseboard situations at no extra cost. If the standard notch (4" high x 3/4" deep) will accommodate your baseboards, select the first option in the drop-down list and there will be no extra charge. Only select "No Notch" if you have no baseboard or plan to remove your baseboard.

Packaged very well. Very pleased with the quality and in general with how it looks. Great space saver so I now have a sitting room when not a guest bedroom.
